Is there anywhere I can find a replacement for the leather on the seat cushion? Searched for about an hour on here but couldn't find an external link to a place I could find one. It's the grey leather from the 2gb GS. (98)

If anyone could lend a hand in linking me to a place where I can find just the leather that's already sewn and just needs to be slipped onto the cushion, that would be AWESOME. Thanks very much.

I would doubt it, i would find another seat, ever heard of replacement foam, you could find some foam from a online auto supplier and make that work.

Well, I don't need the foam, just the leather.

You can see the driver seat from here.

There are plenty of options available.

The cheapest of course would be to go to a Junkyard, or wait for someone on here to start parting out a car. Grey seats are usually easy to find. Usually you can pick up a seat at the junk yard from $50-100, and a pair on a partout for about $200 depending on shipping.

Or you could go one step further, and replace the leather completely, since a "new " one would be hard to find as a single piece.

1. Take it to an auto upholstery shop.
2. replace the covers, depending on options. $600-700+

3. Replace the seats completely with Evo recaro's, sparco's ebay knock-off's etc, $250-1500+ a pair depending on how deep you want to go.

These cars are beginning to show thier age, with the youngest examples being over 10 years old. If you plan to keep the car for a while I would go with Option #2.

You'll pay, but you'll be able to enjoy the interior for a long time, or until the airbag cover peels up.

I would probably save up and take it to an upholstery shop. Finding grey seats isn't hard, but finding one in good condition these days is getting tough. Might as well start fresh.
