exhaust mani for a BEP S259

I just picked up a BEP s259 dsm wastegated and I am having trouble finding the right exhaust manifold. I would like something with high flow and good clearance. Anyone out there running a BEP S259 DSM wastegated? What type of manifold are you running? All of the high flow manifolds I've seen have wastegates attached and I don't need that. I just need good clearance and healthy flow.

FP Race manifold is a good exhaust manifold and I'd go with a recirculation o2 housing or a dump tube o2 housing.
