Well going custom isnt good. I was going to do that an found out that HKS or APEXI an all them with the way they do there exaust it will flow better than anything u can make without a bender. Also all the ones by HKS an APEXI an the others are all road tested an approved for flow. U making your own will never know if a bend u put in there or a weild with a 45 on it is too much an restricts the flow. Besides by the time u average in all the parts to do it an the materals for weilding an all it will cost about 400 or more for 3" an thats 100 less than the AWD N-1 which is 85mm bigger than the 3" u can buy..

Another note I was thinking on buying another 2g an converting it to AWD but I a friend told me he seen it done an you can spend less on buying a AWD model than it would cost you to build one yourself. Simply u need the rear lsd drive shaft center diff. rear axles an a AWD fuel tank an alot of choping an weilding on the rear to fit it all in there since there made differently.

Doing the swap is a lot cheaper than one would think, seeing as I've just completed one with new lower control arms, poly bushing all around, and solid diff. bushing for only 1700. Evileclipse is doing his for under a 1000. IT CAN BE DONE CHEAP, just like he said. Sorry for getting of topic.:beatentodeath:

Well thanks alot everyone, I have a mechanic/friend that has access to a pipe bender and materials. A quick trip to San Jose for mexican, and he will hook me up. It should be relatively inexpensive. Oh and funny thing about running it right out the side, I just started running open o2 and I am not sure if I like all of the extra attention. LOL :)sneaky:Cops)
