Ok so i picked up an evo8 fmic for 125$ and i figured i'd go with the setup. Well i am currently measuring all the angles and degrees to do this. So far i've come up with cutting the front bumper to fit in the i/c. I have the measurements in the picture for cutting the bumper. Now my question is do i have to cut off the inlets/outlets on the i/c and turn them or can i run pipes straight off of them? If so how would i go about that route? any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

hmm it definetely would be difficult with the downward pointing inlet/outlet tubes...but for 125, what really could you lose?! A bit more information I would like to know though- what turbo are you running? Hopefully knowing which way the compressor outlet pipe is facing will help us help you out a bit.

im running a big16g and a 2g elbow off the throttle boy because its the same size as the inlet/outles on the i/c.

You shouldn't have to cut the whole middle out of the bumper support, just hack at the rear section until the intercooler fits behind it.

I think the intercooler is short enough that you can just use bends to go straight back from the endtanks. You'll have to cut a little metal and relocate the coolant overflow bottle and possibly the AC fan, but it makes for short routing.
