Which one would be better? I mean Ive seen the evo3 turbo and you do see some of the differences size-wise between other 16g's. But the 18g, is it more potent than the evo3 16g?

Nabyar said:The evo3 16g, and basically all other sizes of the 16g, are proven. The 18g's are not so proven, and they are overpriced for the numbers they put out. Stick to the evo16g and you'll be happy.

Thanks, dood!me612 said:Not a bad deal at all. Brand new, 18g's aren't worth the pricetag put on them. But if you find a great deal on one, then why not. And that 495 you'd be getting a good as new 18g basically, that's not bad at all. If you're into sleepers, then that'd be great because from just looking at the casing, one wouldn't be able to tell it's not a 14b.
I am trying to go for a 'sleeper' look, anyway, so good point!

You can hit near 400hp at the wheels with an Evo III 16G. Mine holds 26psi to redline. I run 20psi every day on 93 octane with no knock.

so why buy something that you may out grow soon??
not being rude, just trying to get this guy to think first, i bought a turbo when i first started and wished i didnt soon after
buy something you can grow into, not something you'll grow out of

And it's now sold-- to me. I'm upgrading from a regular Big16G, so maybe I can post any differences between the two if anybody's interested. I should have it installed in a week or so if shipping doesn't take too long.sweet97 said:That's a good prce on that 18G.
