Well I didnt expect to be updating this build for a while but it looks like I bought it from a shady dealer. When I left the lot, the maintenance required light came on. I work at a shop and I wanted to check it over anyways so we lifted it up (business has been a little slower during this virus so gotta take advantage of down time).
Found a whole lot of zipties on the front end. Removed those and put in retainer clips where needed. And ended up doing the oil change cause the filter that was on it was half the size it was supposed to be.
Replaced 3 of the tires (dealer paying for those) to match the one good one. 3 different brands were on there. The 2 front tires were down to the wear bars with the driver front completely bald on the inside. The 2 rears were new however different brands and the driver rear was H rated!!! I about flipped my sh*t that someone would be that stupid. Fixed the alignment best we could, but in need of rear control arms with camber bolts (will not budge for adjustment at all), and front camber eccentrics.
The passenger front CV axle boots are torn at both ends.
The oil cooler line is leaking-not sure if feed or return line. Gotta figure that out and make sure the oil cooler is still good.


So new tires and fresh oil change, looks like I'll be getting to work on fixing the rest up to make sure it stays a reliable daily.....for now
