I have been looking for a clean set of the Evo BBS wheels for a while to replace the 18s on the Talon. I found a nearly factory fresh set a couple weeks ago. The original owner took them off his new Evo MR after a few thousand miles: they are mint. I was hoping to find some in good condition but these are practically new. :hellyeah:

They still have the original Advan 046s with about 70% tread. The center caps don't even have the normal light scratches from cleaning. It is hard to see in the pictures but I ordered some black powder coated maglock-style lugnuts.

I tried the SE wheels off the Evo on the Talon but I like the grey MRs better with the red. Fitment, as has been covered many times is perfect. Now I just need to find a set of Brembos.

On a technical note, the 18x8s MSR 045s with Continental 235/40/18 DW Extreme tires weighed 43lbs and the 17x8 BBS with Advans weigh 37lbs.

So how much for the talon LOL.

But loving the combo.

Thanks for the nice comments, guys. ;)

I was afraid they would be too dark but when clean they are actually pretty light in direct sun. Truth be told I cleaned them up a little bit when I got them home and waxed/buffed them (I've found this makes cleaning them much easier!).

Hey all you're missing now is a nice clean 1G!

I've never owned/driven a 1G, but I bet finding a clean one is pretty difficult. I have a 1974 Stingray Corvette stuffed in the corner of the garage collecting dust, there isn't room for another car! My wife wants a Rav4 WTF (the Talon is her car, but she is sick of all the downtime!).
