People have done it. It doesn't look all that good and completely out of place. I suppose you if you could get one for really cheap it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world but for any substantial power levels you would need something much bigger and much more efficient.

yea my friend is sellin his. i believe its after market as well but u told me what i needed plus more... ima keep lookin for a different fmic then thank you. and would u have any suggestions on brand?

Making the Evo 8 intercooler fit is mostly a piping issue.

The ETS kit is awesome if you are looking to spend the money on the best kit possible. The Punishment Racing kit is easy to install and isn't really that bad of a core either. The VRSF kit is a better core but a lot more work to install.

The T-25 is a small ass turbo and putting a FMIC on while running it is a waste of time. All you are going to get is added lag and not see any power gain.

If you want to blow some cash but make a difference at least get a 14b and install kit. But I'd say hold off and buy a rebuilt 16g and then buy the FMIC once you are actually creating enough hot air to need the extra cooling and have high enough flow to fill the extra piping/core with out much of a loss in spool.

yea im fixin to get a real evo 3 16g turbo not an ebay. im just lookin at some things while i start working on uograding.

I'm running one on my car currently I used most of the factory piping to creat my setup and it worked out great. It was definetly worth the swap from the smic. And I'm running 20psi on a 14b but falls to 15 up top but still pulls great.
