Has anyone ever done this or would it even fit? Want to do something different and I figured why not.

I thought about making them to sell but I'm not sure there would be a ton of interest. I mean just in 3D printing I have $120. It's not your standard sla print. It's a laser sintered plastic so it's much much finer and a lot stronger.
I am going to put a how-to together and parts used (once my masters is done the end of April). I'll make my model files available for purchase off shapeways.com (a 3d printing company).
Would you please at least give a ballpark price just so people who interested in making it would know what they're getting into. Thx
We are 0-60ohms. And closest settings are 0-30 and 0-90. How does that display actual values in the gauge.?This one has a multiple resistor selector so it does match our factory resistance. So I just tapped into the wire at the gauge cluster.

@dsmcrzy for your fuel gauge did you install a new potentiometer in the fuel pump assembly or did you hijack the signals.
I asked since most fuel gauges are not rated for our resistance values unless of course you have a programmable one
