It is as close to equal length as I could make it, Believe there is only an 1-2 difference from longest to shortest. I am no fabricator/welder but I think it came out pretty decent for my 1st manifold and tig job...

Let me know what you guys think

Lookin' good. Keep it up. :) No WG off the collector, huh?

BTW, being there's a turbo involved, it's completely okay that not all the runners are equal length.

Turbo is internally gated so no external wg need...

Ill check on the material I do.t remember the specs..

Yes it flips it around and sits perfect without hitting anything but sure is a tight fit, you would have to run a pusher style fan on the drive side of the radiator but the other side clears just have to use a skinner style fan(no more than 3" thick)

I'll post more pictures as I get everything mounted, hoping that will be within a week!

That's really cool you can make that. It looks great and you must have saved a bit of money. :thumb:

I think toy with the materials and coating I've got $400 in which which when it comes to a good tubular manifold that isn't much...

Worse part is I just picked up a Holset H1C so this will more than likely be For Sale soon to fund a manifold for the H1C.. this turbo is just a little to small for my HP goals and 2.3 stroker

Here is the manifold and turbo installed with all lines connected except for drain and Boost controller...

The 02 sensor will be just above the oil filter so there is no issues with changing oil haha

Everything is a tight fit but it fits none the less...

Will have to fix the lower I/C pipe to move it closer to radiator and make the J-Pipe route to it but other than that she is ready to go!

Be carefull of the SS lines touching the radiator. I had the original SS oil feed line i had made up for the turbo rub on the core and eat a hole right through it when i first put the t3/t4 turbo on my car. After that i had the line shortened at the hydraulic shop and now watch all my SS cooling and oil lines and where they sit.. Stuff's about like a hacksaw and will eat through about anything it touches aside from the sheet metal body LOL
