Evo 3 manifold and o2 questions

I am thinking of getting the evo 3 manifold and o2. I have a few questions about it before i buy them. Will they fit with these following turbos: t25 (until i upgrade), t28, and obviously a 16g of some sort? My main concern is if they fit a t25 until i upgrade. Will i realize any differance with these on a t25? What do i need for an install anythign special or just basic tools? I think for the price of both of these i think they are a good upgrade, i am right or wrong. Is there a better upgrade for a basic(16g t28) setup then these.
If i think of anything else i will ask again.

Common sense tells me that if a 16G will bolt up to a stock manifold, that the T25 (stock turbo) must also bolt up to a manifold designed for the 16G. I may be wrong, just telling you what I think. Someone who knows for sure will chime in any second now...

Yes i figured all the basics for it, i dont know why i typed that but i really just want to know what kinda differances will i feel on stock turbo and if there is anythign better for price or for a 16g or t28 basic setup
