erratic acceleration on steady throttle

Hi, I've got a 94 ES auto. When accelerating with 20% constant throttle at lower speeds, the acceleration is very erratic.. it feels like it pulls for a second, slows, pulls again, slows, etc.. the RPM climbs smoothly, but it feels like the power on a graph would be up and down.

My only guess is TPS, as this is the first DSM i've owned.

well i replaced the TPS with a hyundai TPS from a junkyard, and it fixed the problem.
