Engine Seized

Anyone ever seize a 4g63? I think mine might have today while running at an idle. She was running great, when all of the sudden she started to drop inrpm and then just stopped. It made no noise and did not smoke. Now when i try to turn it over, the starter makes a noise like an electric motor that won't turn. I checked all my fluids and they are perfect, oil-full, coolant-full, my temp gauge doesn't work, but I was able to open the cap almost right away, it was hot but not over heating hot. I checked the oil for metal flakes/peices and that was also good. I wonder if my alt is bad and it died. WTF

Try to turn it over by hand.

turns over by hand, has spark=weak, but it has it and gets fuel. I am looking into an electrical problem.

that happened to me once turns out oil pump was dead
