Engine rebuild in ohio

My talon w/ just over 116k had started burning oil, so i took it off the road. My brother is a salesman so i was able to get it inspected free by satan. I dont have the exact numbers but they told me that one of the cylinders had low compression. I dont know enough to know why, or how bad it is to fix. However im pretty sure ill need a new engine, or a rebuild. I dont exactly trust dealerships, plus their general nature is evil. (my brother works for them, and i still feel like they're trying to #### me) So, im pretty sure i want to have it worked on elsewhere. Anyone know of a place to have this done well, and somewhat affordable(im prepared for this to cost a lot)

Buschur is a good place to go. I've heard that Shepherd sometimes does engines too? Anyone know for sure? PURE-Tuning (DPR East) seem like they'd do a good job (they won't accept the job if they can't do it right).
