When I'm around 6000 rpm my engine sounds like I'm at 7000 rpm like when your close to redline. It also feels that its losing most of its power and I lose about 5 psi of boost. My vacuum at idle is 19-21 in/hg and there are no apparent misses at idle. Does this seem like a bent valve or timing being pulled?

Like when your approaching redline and how it gets higher pitched.... Kinda like its gonna blow. The power drop off starts around 4500 rpm but by 6k you really feel it. Like the car just falls on its face. My trigger plate is rubbing on the crank position sensor and makes a pretty audible tick sound so I was thinking the knock sensor is picking up some phantom knock maybe

I have a mod list. What happened was my balance shaft belt broke, broke my crank sensor, bent my trigger plate, and set my timing off a tooth. Replaced my crank sensor, reset timing and left the balance shaft belt off so I don't have to deal with it anymore. Started the car and took it for a cruise and had power up to 4500 rpm then you could feel it smoothly fall off until I got to 6000 rpm. After 6000 rpm it seems really buzzy and rpms don't want to climb very much but would climb to 7000. I haven't drove it anymore since that. Forgot to also mention that while cruising if put in neutral or push in the clutch it will stall or try to stall. I let it idle for about 5 minutes then it just died and had trouble restarting. Let it sit for awhile and it would start right up.

No one can help you online if you don't help yourself honestly.
Btw why would you say narrowband is a mod? what do you mean? Do you mean wideband?
It is a narrowband gauge, which is useless I know. I think I'm on to something though. I adjusted the BISS improperly which I think is what is giving me my stalling at idle issue
