Well I couldn't find help on any other forum so I'm giving this one a shot.. My 99 Eclipse 420a, just started giving me problems... I turned it on one day and my RPM was just sitting at 2k - 3.5k rpm and i have tried adjusting the idler pin and nothing.. I cant figure out what the problem is and i have given up and looking for help on the forums.. Can someone help...

Wow, 13 Views and nothing... Guess people are just on here to show off cars than...

Or out of those thirteen people no one knew what your ####ing problem was genius.

Do as the guy above me suggested.

Also check out your rear o2 sensor. My old 95 eclipse idled high as hell and was really touchy when the rear o2 went out.
 
Sounds like something that happened to me after i accidentally forgot to reconnect my TPS (throttle position sensor)
