Ive got a 97 GST Automatic with no motor.
Available to me is a 96 engine with 95 electronics installed on it. It also has a 1G intake and TB.
Also available is a 95 EPROM ECU

My question is, what issues will I run into with doing this? 97 Wiring harness with 95 sensors and 95 ECU and 1G TB.

I understand you can tune an EPROM ECU with DSMlink which is what I will want to do in the future, which is why I want to go with the 95 ECU with EPROM instead of just doing a wire swap to use my current 97 ECU.

Details please, kinda new at this.

That should be pretty straight forward, except the 95-96 and 97-99 cam angle sensors are different. All I had to do to put the 95 Eprom in my 97 was change around the spark plug wires. Although if your using a 95 ecu with a 96 motor you shouldn't have to change anything then.
