Last week I followed the taboo speed shop directions and removed all my emissions equipment and all the soleniods from the firewall. I know the directions said that you would throw a CEL if you did that, which I have. But the engine bay looks so much cleaner without clutter on the upper firewall and I would really like to keep them off. Clearing the codes with the pocketlogger just works until i start the car up again, is there anyway to permanently turn these particular codes off? If not i guess i could just plug them back up i guess. Anybody else figured anything out?

i was thinking about doing the same thing. what i was going to do was try to reroute the wires to somewhere else that is hidden and plug them in there and out of sight.

just a pocketlogger as far as codes go, no dsmlink

Get a DSMLink then, it lets you turn off at least some of the MIL checks :) (not sure exactly which ones as I managed to fix my car so it doesn't error (I took a car that was missing all the emissions stuff and put it all back in), rather than having to just bypass)...

since i dont have a eprom, im looking for something a little less expensive than a 750 dollar cel fix
