eliminate o2 sensor

i was wonderin if their was any way of eliminating the second o2 sensor the one thats on the bottom of the car

why? you can take it out and plug the hole, just let it dangle if you are gonna run a test pipe...all its there for is to see if that cat is doing its job

I have a 95 TSiAWD, so basically the same car as you. I unscrewed the stock rear sensor so I could use the port for my wideband o2 sensor. Without doing anything to the wires on the stock sensor, I strapped it to my new exhaust to keep it out of the way. Use 14" stainless steel tie straps, you can get them from Summit Racing for exhaust wrap.

I have been running with this setup for 2000 miles with no check engine light or related DTC codes.

I have been using that circuit for quite some time now. The only drawback is that it's a bi*** to fing resistors that can take the wattage.
