Eletrical problem?

So a while back i had to get my car boosted and i blew my alternator fuse, i fixed that, but ever since then my command start, remote entry and that doesn't work. Well i just installed a new amp in my car, and i was driving out to my dads house (55 KM) and my deck kept shutting off, now just randomly yesterday everything inside my car stopped working such as the windows, air, my deck, the battery would not keep a charge either.. so i thought my amp was screwing with my car, so i took it out today and replaced the battery, so now it starts perfect and runs well, but all the stuff inside still doesn't work for a little while, it will eventually come on, and every time i turn my car off it starts all over again. what is happening?

I would Check your Alternator. If it goes bad you will have power loss issues, Thus draining the battery.

Oh and i forgot to mention, my tach would die too..

That sounds like an alternator issue. See if you can take it out real quick and have auto zone or advance or whatever you have near by to test it.
