EL Paso help!

I just bought a 98 GST. It came from Florida. I'm having some belt sqeaking issues and cant seem to fix it. Was wondering if anybody in El Paso knows of a good shop to take my car to. Or if they would like to lend a hand cuz i'm lost and this sqeaking is driving me nuts. I cant seem to pin point the sqeak..either the crank pully or what i think to be the power steering pully...??

um.. try fixing one problem at time bro.. i say you start with the powerstering band.. change it and make sure is tight..

its new..and tight...
i think its the water pump pully or the crank pully...real hard to tell.
its not a sqeak..more like a chirp....
