DSM brotherin I come needing help and advise.

My DSM is acting rather strange. I would like to point out 3 things

#1. My ecu has to be in the "right position" for the car to cut on - the wires on it are funny. i think something is loose

#2. When she does start i get a CEL, (have to use sylicone spray to start her)

#3. i checked the middle 2 plug wires for spark and there is none. i chage the place on the coil and they get spark.

ALso my TACH has just stopped working, WTF can any of yall help a brotha out? :(

and i saw ther ewas a post similar to this one but he has a 2g and our cars are a lil different.

well first you should track down your ecu/wiring problem, after that a few things it could be are: ignition module, cam angle sensor, coil pack, or ecu :dsm:

Hey, so what'd you find out? I'd like to know, cause my car(91 Eclipse GSX) is firing on only 2 cylinders right now also, but mine is 1 & 3, or was it 2 & 4....I don't remember. But the problem started instantly, went from running great to barely running. I changed the plugs, because they were all fouled out, then I changed the fuel filter and checked the fuel pump, and the problem was none of those things.
