eibach springs

hey guys im looking to buy a set of eibachs for my 97 gst. all the forums ive been reading have been confusing me on which kit is better. proline or sport. What do u guys think? Im lookinf for a lil bit of a drop with a comfortable ride.

Pro-lines are a 1.5" drop and they ride rather well while still being a performance spring.

Sport-lines are a 2.5?" drop and they ride like ass but the drop does look good...

I've used Eibach springs in a bunch of my cars and they're pretty damn good. In my Eclipse I use H&R Sport springs (similar to the SportLine's spring rate, same manufacturers) and they have been performing well for almost two years now. I like to take hard corners and manage un-paved downtown roadways and I'm definitely very satisfied with these springs. If I were you I'd get the SportLines because the Pro-Kit doesn't make much difference to the stance of the vehicle...just a little bit stiffer. If your gonna lower it then just do that...put it down. You also may want to consider the RS*R Down springs, they're awesome.

Whatever you decide, don't forget to install new shocks & struts as well

FYI: My car settled at about 2.7" lower at the front & 2.6" lower at the rear.

get the pro kits. the sportlines look cool, but they drop the car too much and you have to slow down for everything. crappy ride too.
