I bet those headlights have the euro cutoff to them and not the lame USD blur it everywhere effect.

Speaking of which - can anyone post a pic of our 2g headlight spread? I dont own another DSM yet...but thinking of d2r HID when I get one. Wondering if the stock cutoff will suffice or not.

Hmm. Did EDM 1Gas come stock with the H4 retrofit 'upgrade' that seems to be so popular over here? Heard noises along those lines, but so far it's only hearsay.

i've euro h4'd the past 3 cars that take sealed beams. I love the cutoff of them and could easily run HIDs w/o glare issues...as long as you get good h4's and not $5 ebay ones

European cars had to have European Community spec lighting, just as we had to have SAE-spec. Insofar as the fog lights were Marchal (the little cat heads), I'd suspect the headlights were likely to have been as well.

that 1G red gst, where could i find that rear bumper at? and yea the stock 2ga headlights arent as pretty as the edm headlights, and btw there is no jdm eclipse headlights, or jdm eclipse anything

Wow, you don't listen do you. You are wrong. Yes there is no JDM Eclipse. BUT, things were changed in things like windows, mirrors, tails and headlights to make the Mitsubishi Eclipse LEGAL in Japan, and other JDM Spec Countries. Refer to my other post about the JDM/EDM Tail Light Differences. There ARE JDM, AKA Japan Spec, parts for all Eclipse's. DO NOT ARGUE THIS! I am sure the Eclipse's located in Japan, have the exact same headlights that the European ones do, since they require the same headlight buldge as seen in the pictures in post 1. As for the tail lights, they look the same, but aren't! They are Amber and Red yes, But EDM Tails have Rear Fog Lights, JDM Does Not! Once again, Do not argue this! As you can see, I am not new to this, I've owned 5, going onto my 6th DSM and I've been around here doing research since 2003... I would not make a post like this just to make an ass out of myself, Unless purposely making fun of someone or something.
