So im still learning the ropes of ecuflash but i have no idea of what im doing with big maps...the values on the left or right dont make any sense and it looks like the bigmap is just the high octane maps 1 and 2 all squished together. Anyone point me in the right direction please?:confused:

What are you talking about? Did you even buy the correct rom from ceddy? Big maps increase the resolution/scaling that your fuel and ignition maps have. You cannot use his free rom for bigmaps. What do you mean the "left and right values" don't make sense? Bigmaps are not "squished together" the maps are huge. I have no idea what you are asking or where to start.

the tune im running is a modified 20550011. It came with the car...which is a gsx. I think i see the error in my ways and need to buy the DSM 1v9c from ceddy and install that because im using the free version, so when i open the rom file up i see bigmaps/whatnot but its all scrambled up looking.

Am i correct?

yes, if the map looks like the numbers jump all over the places (almost in angled waves), then yes you need his rom. When you buy his bigmaps, the bigmaps will look normal and the stock size ones will be messed up.

Hope this helps, and if you need any other help just ask.:thumb:
