ECUflash ECU locked? Error from EcuFlash

Connected EcuFlassh using the OpenProt2.0 cable, but log says:

------------Unlocking ECU------------
starting session...
requesting seed...
sending key...
no key(s) worked - perhaps this ECU has been intentionally locked?
ECU memory read failure
session closed

Anything one can try to get around this on a 2016 Mitsubishi?
