Hello all. let me preface this by saying i am a long way form home with a car that seems to be mentally ill. so any useful suggestions are appreciated.
This morning the car dropped a cylinder (& went dead lean). I checked for spark and found it was an injector, ohmed out the injector and it cleared just fine. the PTE 880's dont even have 3k miles on them. let the car cool down and went to check the harness side but it ran like a champ on restart.
this afternoon while coasting the car pegged full rich and began belching out smoke. it cleared it self out after a restart. I hooked up dsm link and everything looked to be fine.
driving around at low speed it had a sputter or cut out that was reflected by the tach, indicating spark usually.
BUT the break up was also shown by the spedo and resulted in the DSM link Stream being interrupted. my tune has not been reset. this too cleared up except for a few big sputters on the trip up and down the street.
