ECU CODES< Cutting at 4500k

Hey Guys

i am experiencing a few problem since my swap from a 420a to a 4g63t , i am getting the following codes,

P0403:EGR- Solenoid Circuit
P1500: Generator FR terminal Circuit
P1104: Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid

and the car is also cutting at 4500k 5000k

any ideas on how to resolved this issues?

What are you using to tune the car? What kind of turbo are you using? What kind of boost are you seeing? A little more information would help with the diagnosis.

P1500: Generator FR terminal Circuit- Will be cause by a faulty Alternator. Check your connector on your alt and make sure its fully seated. if it is get a voltage-meter and check to see if its pushing the right amount of current out while the car is running. You will most likely need to replace your alt. If your computer is receiving a faulty current from the alt i can cause your EGR code to pop up. The P1104 is something I cant help you with. I searched Direct Hit for the code and cant find it anywhere. Your tag says non turbo /w turbo. Was the proper ECU installed?

15.4 Volts with everything on, yes proper ECU and wiring are installed, i used to have a 420a , and swap a 4g63 a few weeks ago,

20g Turbo, Wastegate i set to 10 Psi , right now is pulling 7 , 6 PSI , im not using anything to tune the car right now.

Turn everything off and try again you should see numbers between 14.2 and 14.6.

yup got those numbers 14.2 to 14.6 ,
