Hi, I have an eclipse from 1995 second generation that I converted to turbo.
Now my question is with the ecu. I have not changed the motor wiring and I do not have the turbo model ecu.
An engineer friend tells me that he can change the chip so it can be reprogrammed.
I find the ecu models turbo model, but not atmospheric.
Can someone tell me where to get the Atmospheric ecu scheme?

We don't have any 2G NA 4G63 DSMs here in the US so it's there's little information available to us.

If I knew the ECU model numbers I'd post them but I've never seen any of the European ECUs.

In the US many of the 2G 1995 model year ECU's were EPROM versions that allowed people to change the software the ECU ran. That made it possible for products like DSMLink to be created. Your NA ECU may be like that or it make be something different. Taking a picture of the circuit board and listing the part number would help.

Hi, thanks for the reply and sorry for my delay, but due to work issues I have arrived very late at my house.

pin outs like the 2G turbos...

unfortunately, board is non-EPROM...

maybe he can use the US 2G turbo ECU with a some wiring modifications....

Looks to fit into the 1997 model year part sequence and isn't using the same circuit board version as a US DSM from the same timeframe. Same CPU type as the 97 DSM ECU but different code in it.

I'll have to look some more to see if I have pictures of anything close.

How sure are you that's it's original to the car?
