ECM link Idle Check

Ok, I made all of the adjustments via instructions on the demo from ECMtuning.com, and just wanted somebody to take a look at my idle log after adjustments to see if there is anything that sticks out as still needing to be addressed.

I adjusted the TPS scale to 95% in order to achieve 63 volts, slightly adjusted the MAF comp to get around 25g/rev for airflowperrev, then I adjusted the deadtime on my fuel to get as close to 0 as possible.

Note: I've already tried tuning for cruise if you see the MAFcomp table that's why it's been adjusted further than for just my idle.

Log ISCPostion as well as radiator fan.

Unless you have a 95/96 CAS or re pinned the injectors at the ECU then you need to click on the "use non 95/96 CAS".

If you removed your emissions then uncheck the appropriate DTC checks as you are throwing 2 codes.

Looks good so far but the way you want to adjust TPS voltage is by unbting the TPS from the TB and rotating it to read 0.63v at 0% throttle.

is there some "how to" on doing this? I'm no mechanic, I know where the TB is, but I don't even know what the sensor looks like.

Turn the key to ON and start a stream in ECMlink. Watch the TPSVolts value and have someone unbolt and slowly rotate the TPS sensor. Once you get it as close to .63v as possible, bolt it down. Then run through this wizard using the software to make it perfect.
