was wondering if anybody knew what kind of side skirts these are ?

Looks like stock side shirts with something awful attached to them. Some one should tell him that he's dragging trash under his car.

I believe those are the wrx or evox side skirts, there's a thread around here somewhere about that mod.

I think it looks ok of you have the rest of the body mods similar. I doubt it's very aero-functional but it doesn't look horrible on that car.

yeah they are sold under wrx side skirt extensions. the front lip fits as well to match the lines of the extensions, both will require some trimming though. they are discussed in this thread, along with the lip.

Awesome! thank yall so much. I just bought a completely stock 98 Gsx and was wanting to put some "not to over the top'' parts, but im also wondering if any of you have any idea if he has some sort of rear bumper extension as well? kinda looks like the mud guards that comes with the gsx.

Looks like a haphazard collection of the canards, flippers, splitters, etc. you see all over eBay. A quick search will reveal all of those parts, including those sweet batarangs on the front bumper.
