i am extremly sure the ebrake isnt on there isnt any pull on it i need help thanx

Your brake fluid needs topping-up.

Also, open the ash tray and the cup holder lids. Hold the section between them and give it a sharp yank up. Set the assembly aside. Put your foot on the service brakes and release the parking brake. Reach down in that hole and with your fingers, tighten that nice, shiny nut firmly. Don't try to go nuts on it, just until it's too hard to turn more. Shazam! The parking brake handle no longer looks like it wants to take you to a motel. Snap the ashtray/cupholder back in.

Did you unscrew the lid on the resevoir to check it? Because there's a rubber cup over the fluid that'll draw down with the fluid and give a false appearance of being full from the outside.

If it's the switch, pull the console and take a look.
