Ebay Urethane!

Well i have to buy a brand new front bumper because its cracked from the previous owner. Is anyone fimiliar with the quality of Ebays' Urethane front bumpers. I'm not sure if they're able to be trusted, because you all know, you never know what your getting from ebay ! Well if anyone has any information whether they think there good or bad I'd appreciate it greatly. I probably will be getting one this week. And if you don't think ebay is trustworthy please share where you purchased your urethane Front Bumper. By the way this is for a 95 GST!

Most Ebay bumpers are pretty good quality. I got mine from there and the fitment was perfect and it came primered too. Anyone under $100 shipped (or just a little bit over) should be a good deal and also just check the seller's feedback rating.

are you talking about the 97-99 OEM style? If so aren't they ABS plastic? like oem. Urethane is much heavier and flexible. I've installed the ebay 97-99 front oem style before. It is very solid quality and fitment is great!

Things have changed with ebay products. They are not automatically crap these days anymore. Just have to hear from people with actual experience first rather than assumptions. Because when we assume, it just makes an ass out of u and me.. get it thankfully dsm owners are poor that a lot of us don't mind being guinea pigs, so you can read a lot about the ebay products for our cars on this very site.

Hey, I too am looking for a replacement front bumper from ebay (the prepainted ones) for a 97+ conversion and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. I don't want to shell out like 300-400 bucks for a pre-painted one and have it either not fit or not be a pretty good color match. I don't expect it to be perfect because of the fact that the car it will be installed on is a 95 and probably has faded paint, but I also don't want it to blatantly not colormatch. Any input would bee great guys

just like "BoostedinSoFla" said check the feed back. When you do make sure to check how recent the feedback was. If the seller recently got negative feedback, look for another seller. Anyways, i'd trust Ebay for a bumper, go for it.

Ok I am looking for a front bumper as well as mine had a small piece ripped out of it . Anyway just like someone else has asked anyone got the pre-painted ones? Does the color really match?
