usually there is a nut that you can adjust by the e brake you might have to take out part of the center console ill look in my repair manual and get back to you

You can remove the section of the center console that contains your ashtray and cup holder by pulling straight up. Under there you will see the threaded end of the cable rod and adjusting nut. Loosen small nut then turn adjusting rod to tighten or loosen your e-brake to where you want it, usually about 3 clicks to set it. Tighten nut back down. Make sure you don't overdue it or your rear brakes will drag. You can check for this by jacking up rear and with e-brake off spin rear wheels.

To answer your question - YES.

Take your rear wheels off and find the small hole in the rotors. Take a small screwdriver and keep pushing the e-brake pad on the inside of the rotor so it engages sooner.

1. Pull out cupholder/ashtray assembly.
2. Put foot on brakes.
3. Lower parking brake.
4. Tighten the nut on the end of the stem as far as you can using your fingers.
5. Put on parking brake.
6. Release service brakes.
7. Put ashtray back. Done.
