If you're not actually freaking out and not trying to play Chicken Little, then say something useful (and maybe even semi-technical) in a way that the people that you are trying to warn will understand and take seriously.
Example: "Hey folks, be sure to read the label on the pump as to how much ethanol is in your gas. If it's different from what's in your tank right now, don't freak, just be sure to take it easy so your ECU has a chance to get the LTFTs straightened out. Stoich for ethanol is much lower than it is for gas. Your ECU needs time to figure out how much more fuel to inject for the amount of air that you're ingesting."
