Dumptube Increase boost creep?

i got my dumptube installed and to my suprise it made my boost creep more then ever, i stopped at 19psi which is way high. could it be something else?

anyways im thinking going back to my evo o2 housing

make sure your flapper is opening up all the way, it could be hitting the flange of the new o2 housing or even the gasket or the door inside may be hitting the flange, the dump should have taken care of the creep better not worse.
