I installed dsmlink on my Mac Book Pro, but i couldn't get it to connect to my ecu. i cant find the correct comm port. it gives me 6 selections 4 of them being bluetooth associated and the other two being serial associated heres a list of the options that i get
/dev/tty.bluetooth-PDA-sync
/dev/tty.bluetooth-modem
/dev/tty.SirYanc-Alot-SerialPortA-1
/dev/cu.bluetooth-PDA-sync
/dev/cu.bluetooth-modem
/dev/cu.SirYanc-Alot-SerialPortA-1

the only one that kinda works is the PDA sync one. I say kind of because i get the light in the bottom right corner to flash but it does that no matter if i have the ecu plugged in or not. Then it just sits there and does nothing. the others just gives me an error. I am kinda of new to macs so i dunno what or if i did something wrong thanks

So the program runs on your Mac? LOL.

What usb/serial adapter are you using?

Post this up on the dsmlink forums.

You have a macbook pro so you're capable of supporting xp and OSX. If all else fails you could try that option.

Ya some one made a mac version but i cant get it to run and im not sure how many people have got it to run so ya haha. ill try posting in the dsmlink part and if all fails then looks like im gonna have to get windows on my mac haha thanks man
