still trying to dial my car in just in my driveway before getting it on the road and messing with it, but right now, whenever i press on the gas, the car will go to 17:1 or worse. my last log froze so i couldnt save it to show you what i mean, but here is one from earlier to give you an idea...

its got my AEM on there, car is running better now than it has in a long time, just need to get it a bit closer! any suggestions let me know im new to dsmlink tuning

can you giuve us any details about when this started? If you switched to e85 recently i'll bet on a clogged fuel filter, otherwise maybe a failing pump, or on a stock'ish ECU maybe a bad MAF

hard to tell, i havent really driven the car in hte last few years, im finally trying to get it on the road soon and i keep running into problems like this. not e85, my base fuel pressure is fine so i dont know if its the fuel pump (tested with link by turning pump on to check it).

no one can give me an idea of why my car shoots to 17:1 or worse at idle, and definitely does it when i press the gas?

Dead O2 sensor? Whats the 02 sensor voltage look like? Have you tried forcing your car to idle in open loop and tuning it that way?

im afraid to keep my car running at 17:1 or worse so i turn it off when it stays there too long, i can go get a log of that though if you need it. is it going to hurt my car to leave it that lean at idle for a long time?

Seems like it would idle pretty rough and spit/sputter when you hit the throttle at 17:1 afr? If your running a programmable wbo2 sensor are you sure it's calibrated and programmed properly? Can't you check the plugs to see what they look like? Checking the plugs will tell you exactly whats going on with the engine when it comes to running rich, lean, timing, etc. at idle or wot.

plugs are brand new, dont see how the AEM would not be calibrated...it does run rough, my car idles at about 1050 so it doesnt sputter and die. car hastn seen WOT in a very long time.
