dsm veterans help please! looking for advice on 1g build

hi this is my first post on dsmtuners thank you in advance for your replies. i currently own a 1990 eclipse gsx white on black. i have had the car apart for id say three years and i think its time to rebirth it. i am looking for advice specifically for a very quick spooling turbo and what kind of pistons and rods to use. i am looking for 350 awhp i have a 4 bolt rear end and a rebuilt transfer case. i would like everything to work in the lower rpm range. i am split between evo or 2g pistons and an actual set of aftermarket ones so i wouldlike to hear everyones opinion on pistons, rods, turbos and possibly a water to air intercooler

There is a chance you might get flamed a little, but there is a section with upgrade paths up there at the top left under "upgrade paths" follow that and you'll be set. 350 AWHP shouldn't be hard to achieve at all since these cars are mostly about getting the bolt ons and having the supporting mods. You're honestly good with stock internals for up to 400HP, but that's pushing it a little. Seen many builds like that on stock blocks. The most versatile turbo IMO is the Big 16G, since its fundamentally a larger variance of the stock 14b. EVO pistons will do you no good with the stock head because it gives lower compression than the 2G pistons of 8.5:1 I do believe, the EVO pistons will give a lower compression than that. If you're looking for a streetable build then the upgrade paths will most definitely help you, do some reading about the street builds on here and mix 'em up and make your own!

thank you very much i sure will.i like the idea of porting and polishing a big 16g i think i will go with 2g pistons.
