Anyone one on her from Iowa?? Man I am so new to the tuner world and just bought a 90 talon awd 5 speed. I am just looking for some helpful insight on how to do a few things, I already have a turbo back 3" exhaust and have a mbc coming anyday now. No clue how to install it. Plus I have to opportunity to buy a very nice 16G for 400 bucks. Is this a good deal? I also have a hks blow off valve and was wondering what is the best way to install this? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

hey bro. another iowan here... sioux city area. as long as you have sometype of supporting mods your ok... 400 for a 16g... is a big or small? big its ok... the hks is ok if you flange it.. or get the hks piping it will be easier. but other then that just hit me up im almost always on. just drop a line and welcome to the dsm world.. i also have a 90tsi awd. maybe see you around when theres no snow.

I think its big not for sure i would have to ask. Is there anywhere around here that works on these things?? I mean I know a place here in des moines but the are all honda guys and don't offer much help. I don't mean to sound dumb or anything but I have been around v8's my whole life so in a way I am dumb when it comes to the turbo cars.

.. v'8s thats nice... well um if your anything like this guy i know, be carefull. he was into v8 stangs my friend sold him a 91tsiawd and in like 3 days he blew the motor... dont go to crazy.. as for the shops good luck if you find one tell me... theres a place in sioux falls if your willin to make the drive they are a DSM respected shop... they work on anything. and they do a good job just gotta have the wallet for that.. other then that if yours is still spoolin by summer time maybe we can have A meet or something.. livin up iowa. long live your tuning.. make sure you get supporting mods and a general tuneup so you dont have anything wrong goin on.... main mistake of people is not taking general care.. For 400$ it should be in mint condition. FP is selling brand new ones for 469$. Also please dont install the BOV because you wont be able to recirculate the HKS one. Do a quick search on "venting" and "bov" and you'll see what I mean.
