Hey everyone! New to the dsmtuners.com forums... 25 year old male from Connecticut

Just wanted to say whats up!

I own a 90 Talon TSi AWD 5 speed.

Thats my baby... Just got it a few weeks ago & the front end & rearend is torn apart already. Rebuilding the suspension & brakes right now. Next will be engine overhaul, tranny work, guages & tuning. Then comes roll cage & interior work. Complete overhaul & rebuild of the entire car is in the works for the next couple years.

Working towards 500whp or so when the project is totally complete...

My previous car was a 3G eclipse GS, totally done up & got over 300whp outta her. Sold that car to go for more power. Couldn't keep traction on the FWD Eclipse.

Wow nice 3g actually.. engine wise.

You should have no problem getting 500hp if you can do work like the 3g on the 1g

Thanks for the compliments guys. The girls were just a couple local models... Couldn't keep them, the wife to be wouldnt go for that.... If she did though.......

I do have a daily driver, it's a chevy s-10 blazer.

I have grown a great knowledge on forced induction, tuning & proper components to achieve certain goals. Hoping to learn more about the 4g63 platform now. I learned all I could about the 4g64 in my 3G.

It took me over 2 years & over $15,000 to get my 3G to that level. It was a sad day when I sold it, but it was for the better. I still had 2 years to pay on it costing me over $550 a month in car payments & insurance. I just bought a house with my fiance & we have a wedding coming up in just under a year. So I sold the 3G, to of course, make a real street monster. And also sold it to finacially help myself. Not having car payments anymore is a big plus. Not to mention, the insurance on the 1G is a whole lot cheaper. Now with a huge mortgage & an expensive wedding (my fiance wants glamour, thats what she gets) It was a good choice to drop the 3G & get a 1G with no payments. It will take a little while to get it up over 500awhp, but it WILL GET THERE!!
