I have an exact, to the color, model of my Eclipse.....but it still hasn't been put together yet. So, I guess I "kinda" have a model of my car.

I have the exact same model. A neighbor gave it to my wife to give to the kids because they were going to throw it out . I said NO, its mine now . I have no plans to sell it as of now.

Its a clean model. Did it not come with the factory body kit? The only one I could find was the F&F model, so I bought it, painted it black, and kept the nasty wing off of it. I will post pics up later.

Its a Revell Tuner Series kit in 1:25 scale. I had to get mine from Ebay because all my local places didnt have the Eclipse one. It comes with a few differant bumpers(no stock), but the blitz worked the best IMO. Also comes with differant wheels, and hoods as well. Theres also a few wings, but I filled in the holes and went wingless. The sucky part is that I worked my butt off on the interior and you can barely see it.

I have one of those kits. I was a little disappointed when I bought it to find out that it didn't have a stock body option, or even the stock wing, but I plan to heavily modify it and detail it back to a stock body. I plan to cut a sunroof into it since, even though it's supposed to be a GSX, it doesn't have one. Not to mention it doesn't have a back seat, so i'll have to make one of those too, (it's just got some big subwoofers). I bought some aftermarket rims to put on it. Can't wait to start on it.

Unfortunately, both options are aftermarket in this one... No stock bumpers, no backseat, no "regular" wings, etc...

I have that kit too...I will post pics when i am done. I found mine at the local walmart. Its not in the fast and the furious section, its near the area where the non-rice model cars are.



Oh yeah i was disapointed in the kit when on the box it says (comes with all wheel drive chassis) but the decals say GST....HMMMM did i miss something here? Oh well, it is still the best model kit by far.

paint those rims a different color than black or make the lip look polished on it or something. Other than that it looks awesome.

dont paint the body with a brush. cut that tiny little fmic out and build your own.

nothing like custom bending plastic tubing for a roll cage and 1 piece front end.

if you look on mine you can see where i filled in the holes on the decklid for the wing and then filed down the sideskirts to ditch the blitz look on them as well. tried to keep mine just slightly modded.

I'm gonna be doing the same thing with the Revell Tuner series model. Pretty cool man. I'll post mine up when it's finished ..... I still have to order it first!
