Well yeah it's true they were the ones who orignally "copied it", which is what they did, they copied copyrighted material, and are selling it to DSMr's, and they hvae been selling it for years dude.

And they sell it on the condition you already own "the original", and using it for backup purposes only. HAHA Yeah right. Most of the people that purchase that CD do not own a factory service manual, or they wouldn't have to "settle" for an electronic version that can only be read on a computer.

So they are just as guilty if not more so, and they've made plenty of money from it.

Me being one of their "paying customers" would know.

That being said, it's great to have, though some times a pain to find stuff in. Better then just a straight Hanes or Chiltons.

I understand that DSMTuners wants to support the people that "worked so hard" to "copy somone else's" work but I think that technically you are at least indirectly supporting them for profiting by copying someone else's work. Then you tell someone else not to "copy it".

It's like telling someone: NO you can't have a free copy of this Windows XP CD ROM, because I think you should support the people that copy and sell it illegally instead. Go buy a legitmate pirated copy yourself you cheap bastard. (Kinda like that.)

Who cares what the explanation was. The fact of the matter is, the material IS COPYRIGHTED. So this site cannot be responsible for providing it to you in any way shape or form (or it could get into some serious shit). What Defiant was trying to say is that if you want to get a copy off of ebay then so be it (even though ITS STILL PIRATED) but by doing so dsmtuners.com will NOT be held liable-it will be you and the idiot selling the material that goes to jail.

The point is you are not allowd to do it, and DSMtuners does not want to be any how involved in it. This thread WILL get closed and quite possibly deleted, not to mention you may get banned for making a thread like this.
