dropping in a jdm motor, need some info

ok, im looking for a parts list of what i should replace on this motor before popping it in. Give me an idea on what i need to track down. Thanks!!

Personally I would replace every easy to get at seal. Also pop the oil pan off and check/replace the rod bearings. It couldnt hurt anything. Just make sure they are standard size. Also a valve cover seals are good to replace cause they are easy to get at. My main concern would be the rod bearings. Ive had experience with em , just about every time the oil pressure gets low (for whatever reason) they are the first to go in the motor. Also when u pull the pan inspect it for metal shavings and trash and schlack. ah and Replace the thermostat. Also the timing belt and water pump. (Might as well do it while its out of the car)
