Driving- and all my lights go out!! Help.

Ok so as it reads im driving and all my lights go out.. end up checking my fuse box in the engine bay and fried a fuse.. literally melted and from what i remember it was originally a 15 with normal stock headlights. Then I upgraded and put in hid's and under glow neons under my dash inside.. Under glows were tapped into cup holder/change holder light, and that light was deleted. Hid's were wired into side markers just for power and ballest were of course still used:
(note I did the exact same thing on my last eclipse drove it like that forever with no problems then sold the car)
Ok so back to my story after installation i upgraded that fuse from a 15 to a 20 or 25 and have been driving on that for over 5 months now untill the other nite.
Sooo Im not sure whats wrong, i looked for open wires and or wires touching something grounding out or something and found nothing,
So when the fuse fried it melted and basically melted a lil bit of that fuse pocket,. now i can take my fuse and wiggle it a lil and lights go on and off. but i put a 30 amp fuse in it and put a lil dab of gorilla glue and silacone just to hold it in place and it did fine for a day or two and it ended up goin off and coming back on in and out.
I just im just not sure of what to do order another dang fuse box and get in a huge electric mess and debt or what?? Any ideas?? again its been fine for 5 months now then al the sudden it decided to melt..

first off...upgrading the amperage of the fuse is dangerous,you are basically pushing more amperage through a fuseable link intended for a certain amount of power and doing what you did will cause a fire to your harness,change that now! your glow light and hid's should be wired to an empty fuse in the fuse box. you keep losing your lights because you are running to much power to one circuit and keep popping fuses....next you will be popping your harness and putting out a fire...get a good set of plug and play hid's that have built in relays,this will avoid hard wiring to something and having your current problem...the underbody neons(get rid of them)or invest in a relay system to avoid electrical fires..dsm's have too much wiring as it is...they dont need anymore.....good luck!
