Ok the basics, 90 tsi awd. Mods: K&N, Turbo xs HPmbc set at 15psi, 3" cat back with gutted cat, walbro 255. according to the A/F gauge it was leaning out at around 4k to redline in every gear at 15 psi and at 11 psi it was leaning out at around 6k. It does have a boost leak at the throttle body and thats it, when i charge the charge pipes it doesnt hold even 3-4 pounds, it bleeds it all off pretty quick. but anyways, i was able to get a logger goin and im still learning about all this but all of the sudden at around 45 it starts with a knock count of 7 and by 5500 its at 43. and the injectors are at 93%. the O2v is 0.09 and timing advance is at 17 degrees. also when the car is idling its got a tps % of 10.1, shouldnt that be at 0? any help would be appreciated.

There's a few things that stick out like a sore thumb:

The inability to hold 3-4 psi is pretty awful. Spray soapy water on the leaking areas to identify and fix them. Your blinky A/F gauge is worthless when it comes to reading true rich or lean conditon. Run a wideband to determine a true A/F or trust the knock counts on your logger.

I noticed that you didn't list an AFPR with your 255 pump. Running without one can potentially run you into rich knock on the stock ECU which is being compounded by the boost leaks (fuel being dumped for metered air that really isn't there). Additionally, I would check the knock sensor and feel around the back of it for any seepage or goo. If you detect any, it's time for a new one.

Start by fixing your leaks, re-log and keep us posted.

ok, did some looking around and found this. boost leaks were nearly gone, was taking about 35 seconds to dump 18 or so pounds, and when it got to about 6 it held it. i started feeling around the knock sensor and found it wasnt even finger tight, so when i got under the car to try to look at it i also noticed that the bracket the mounts the intake manifold to the block which is right around the knock sensor was missing 2 of the 3 bolts, and that the drivers side 17mm motor mount bolt was missing, so after all that was fixed i logged it and from what i can tell all is well. what can anyone tell me from my log. this is at 15 pounds and about 78 degrees outside on 92 octane gas.
