This writeup is assuming that Mounts and bolts have been check for condition and torque specs.
Rpm Based Issues "vibrations": In Neutral sitting still.
Clutch disk, Flywheel, pressure plate check.
With The car in Neutral and the Clutch pedal Released, slowly rev until you feel unusual vibrations. If none then Disk,P.plate, flywheel are in balance. If vibrations occur, then put the trans in gear and PUSH the clutch in and slowly rev. if no vibrations then flywheel and pressure plate and D.shaft are not suspected. Pushing the clutch in removes ONLY the Clutch disk from the equation in which case if vibration goes away with clutch pushed in then The disk is suspected.
Chatter, squeaks and engagement issues are usually a symptom of improperly surfaced flywheel, bad Throwout bearing, Clutch fork or Slave cylinder issues. too little grease in the Throw Out Bearing will squeal and too much grease can cause disk contamination which will cause slippage.
Speed related vibrations and issues are usually U-joints, wheel balance/inflation, steering assembly, axles, low fluid levels and engine miss.
hope this helps at all
