alright i got a busted exhaust manifold bolt in my turbo! i tried drilling it out with my bits i got with my craftsman drill but shit aint getting me anywhere! i tried the helicoil kit, shit aint coming out! what is a good bit to use in drill out this bolt! bi*** is pissing me off! im gunna try and drill it out myself before taking it to a machine shop. i went to pep boys and asked the guy he said a titanium coated bit will drill in it pretty good, you guys got any ideas?
need help fast!
thanks

I don't have any problem drilling them with good sharp bits. The Titanium Nitride coated bits last longer.

Start small and make sure your centered in the stud. Work up and use oil or PB Blaster to lube as your drilling. Be real careful when it comes time to use an EZ out. They break if you look at them sideways and then your hosed. I'd try using one of the drill/extractor combos like http://www.newmantools.com/drillout/ http://www.newmantools.com/drillout/how1.htm http://www.aldn.com/drillout/

yup i tried using one of them extractor things! and theres a problem in like maybe almost half way down there but im not really in the middle of the bolt! as your looking at it, im off to the upper left! sucks huh! i busted 3 bits already so i dunno what else i can do! i tried one of those extractor things but when the threads grap on those it doesnt do nothing but keep turning and the bolt doesnt budge one bit! im thinking my last hope is a machine shop so they can drill right through it and get it out?

Look up J&L industrial supply. They usually aren't cheap though. As a machinist, and based on the description you gave, I would take it to a shop at this point. Once you get a hole drilled off center you need to endmill it to get back on center of the stud.
