Drag Wheels. What are these?

I'm looking to be buying some wheels for drag, I'm lookin at 15x7 and hopefully some cheap ones. What are some good places to look, since all the normal wheels websites are all street/show wheels and mostly have their lowest sizes as 17's

Also I know these probably aren't cheap but, what are these wheels?!?

Hm. As "tech" questions go, this is weak. With that said, those black ones look like Rotas.

Btw, I was just going according to the description for the Handling section: Handling Tech Suspension, steering, brakes, tires, lightweight wheels, bushings, etc.

And was also asking for any suggestion of lightweight wheels for drag.
