What are u 420a turbos doin for downpipes? Custom made or is there one that will be adaptable? Thinking of making a custom 2.5" one.

Custom.. briefly looked around a while back, there's a couple but, there's an exhaust shop down the street had them take care of it. price came out to about the same and you know it will fit fine

get a flange thats fits your turbo.Bolt flange on to turbo.Get a elbow, whatever size you want.Make sure it will fit alongside your turbo.make sure its not too close to anything that will melt.hold elbow in place were it will permanently be and get a marker.make 3 or 4 marks around elbow.while holding in place make the same marks on flange.Number the marks.take flange off and bring both parts to any shop that will weld them for you.

Dont forget the o2 sensor :thumb:

Its been installed and its a 16g. have air conditioning installed so dont have alot of room. i can weld no problem. done lots of welding. was just picking ## guys brains about what others have been doin. just wondering if there was an easier way. Is there a certain way the o2 sensor housing has to be done?

Yes, Custom and very carefully to avoid your AC/PS lines. I would suggest get a V-band adapter for the Hot side. I like V bands, they are not a necessity, but nice to have.

If you dont have much money and you want something simple just go to the zone and buy some elbows and some straight sections and start cuttin and welding!or you can use what you got.I had a 3" chrome rollbar that I cut up.Its alittle heavy but its indestructable!SPEED BUMPS no problemmm!!!
